Variable Editor on Custom Table

Hi,

I have a custom table (extended from Task) and have created a UI formatter to have the variable editor on the form layout, and this has worked fine.

However from my record producer I only want certain variables to go into the Variable Editor, whereas currently all of them are going in. I'm not using any workflow.

Is there a way to do this?

It is better to hide specific fields from Variable editor on the form using BR or Client Script, instead of editing UI Macro (formatter code).
