i have one requirement to show two variables based on conditions on portal as below please provide advice to achieve this requirement
We have two reference variable X and Y
conditions are
1. if X have value and Y dont have value show X on portal
2. if Y have value and X dont have value show Y on portal and
3. if X and Y have values show Y on portal only when X selected value
