Hi can someone help with me on this. I tried the steps in servicenow documents on how to make the variables displayed on the form when using custom application. But it seems that it doesnt work on my end but from my friend it works but a bit bug or something. Or maybe i lack another step on this. I Created a Section name it as "Request Details" and created a formatter named as "Treasury Variable Editor". i cannot used the global scope since i used custom application. I attached also the images below. Thank you for your help.

Hi. Can you ensure that you have read/write access for the mentioned field - is there some ACLs that prevent the access to them. If this is the case, you will have to fix it, in order to see the variables.
