Variables not showing in front end on multirow variable set

Hi all, 

I have a form that uses a multirow variable set. 

In my flow, i create a new request item for each row on said multirow.

This works fine for the backend where all the variables are showing approprietly, however on the front end (digital self service) 

On the flow, i create a RITM and then use a script to copy the correct information to said script, i have attached some screenshots for context.

If anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know

MRVS wont work for non task based records.

We need to customize the sp-variable widget.

What kind of customization could i do on this widget in order to display the multirow variable set?

Also, on these new request items, the other variables are also not displaying such as requested by, requested for etc.

I forgot to add, the original request, with all the rows in the multirow displays fine, only the newly created RITMs are not displaying in the front end but display in the back end
