Hi Guys,
I am currently checking if this is an OOB function from ServiceNow, wherein opening an Article, there is a related link at the bottom of the article titled "View Article". When I click it, Ill be redirected to a page of an article in back-end. Scrolling down in the feedback section, there is a paper clip icon. When attaching using that paper clip icon, and once I attach something and post the feedback comment, the attachment is not getting carry over in the feedback record. Is it an OOB from SNOW or how can I configure this one?
