VIEW is not changing from default view to any other view in Incident form

When I am trying to open incident form in any other view, I can see the view is getting changed from the form layout, but beside the context menu Default view is still showing.
Which is why ATF is not opening the Incident form in any other view.

Are you trying in ATF or in native view manually. Please provide more screen shot to support you.
As @Maik Skoddow said, please check the view Rule.
