View option is not visible in attachments, only rename and download options are visible. This is happening from past three days. Can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

It’s the same for me as well. Do you have any screenshots showing the view option as well? As far as I know, it only has these two options.

If you see it work on portal
View option is available for the portal view only if the com.snc.documentviewer plugin is active and the property glide.knowman.use_document_viewer is set to true.
