Hello everyone,
I'm using a variable reference to sc_req_item table, and for users without roles the view on click of "Preview record" is the Self-Service and for other users with roles the view is "Sys_popup", does anyone know how to make it the same view in the employee center but without changing the popup view in the servicenow backend?
