VIP flag is not working in REQ/RITM/SC Task forms Requested For field?

Hi All,


VIP flag is not visible in REQ/RITM/SC Task forms Requested For field.
I can see it as an OOB feature for only incident caller filed,

but  I have to enable it for REQ/RITM/SC Task forms

Can someone suggest me the logic or approach

I haven't had a chance to work with that yet, so I'm not sure what is needed to do this.  It might be a similar solution to Service Portal if you can find any information on that.

Your solution did work on the list view & the sc_req_item table....But it is not working for me for the sc_task table for me the list layout on sc_task say Requested.Requested_For I have used the above script & script include.....Can u pls guide for sc_task
