Hi all,
I am trying to restrict certain users from being able to see the Virtual Agent widget on the employee center pro homepage and I believe I should be able to use user criteria to do so based on this plugin description that I have installed:
However, when I go to my virtual agent widget and try to add user criteria in the "can view" / "cannot view" tabs, I do not have that ability. I have enabled this feature in the service portal properties as well, per the directions in the documentation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Nathan

Hi @nathandanek
Is that the sn-va-sp-widget widget in your screenshot? If so you should be able to add the user criteria if you are in the Virtual Agent Service Portal Widgets scope.

Meaning, you can't add the UC, or they are not doing what you expect?

Meaning I cannot add the UC. There is no button for Edit and New as there is for other areas of Servicenow where I add UC
