Hi,
I need to add options while results are displayed using AI search in Virtual Agent.
Currently when we search for a catalog item, there are 3 options displayed like this :
I need to add 2 more options over here. In the OOB flows "AI Search fallback" and "AI search", I found the script where these options are defined. But when I am testing the VA, the "Run AI search" topic block is triggered. Not sure how is this configured. Can anyone please suggest how can we add our custom options here.
