I am posted a concern which is related to Attachment File/image, actually currently i am working on ms teams integration with servicenow virtual agent, so i done all the things successfully but I face a challenge here, when end user uses my create incident topic of virtual agent and creates a incident by providing short description along with file or image from ms team chat then i will not able to find that attached file it's not available inside servicenow environment, i checked our conversation record and conversation message payload both but not found anything there.
Note: I achieved this functionality by using file upload utility in my virtual agent topic.
But i want/need to achieve this without file upload utility.
If possible Please Provide me a solution. I am very thankful for them.
