Virtual Agent bubble icon position (employee service Center)

Hi all,

In two of our instances we have noticed on the employee center homepage, that the Virtual Agent bubble icon position is higher compared to the other one.  How can I position it right at bottom like in the first image? Thanks

Unfortunately still no luck with this, and no answers so far.
