Virtual Agent Carousel Image Link?

Good Afternoon Team,

I am running into an issue with my VA where the VA will give me catalog items for a search but when I click on the item I want it gives me the header image and the URL of the image for some reason. Can I get rid of this URL somehow?

Also it only appears on the portal, our other integration with MS Teams does not produce this same result. Any idea how I can get rid of this?

If I remove the base url from the body of carousel, I lose image as well, any solution for this?

Hi @Shree123 
We raised a HI ticket for this issue. We got the response that the ServiceNow development team has  fixed the issue in the Xanadu version. Upgrading your instance to Xanadu will fix the issue permanently.
