Virtual Agent Carousel Image Link?

Good Afternoon Team,

I am running into an issue with my VA where the VA will give me catalog items for a search but when I click on the item I want it gives me the header image and the URL of the image for some reason. Can I get rid of this URL somehow?

Also it only appears on the portal, our other integration with MS Teams does not produce this same result. Any idea how I can get rid of this?
