Virtual Agent - Collaboration - Chat Setup not available on left nav

Hello,
We are setting up Virtual Agent and I am not sure if I'm missing something.
I've activated the following Plugins:
- Glide Virtual Agent
- ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations
- Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations
I am watching some training videos on this, and on the left Nav it seems like I'm missing some items.. for example, I don't have a module called "Collaboration" which includes "Chat Setup" and "Branding Setup". Am I missing something? I also seem to be missing "General Settings" under the Virtual Agent module. I've added screen shot. Any tips are appreciated

Hi,
I guess that part was removed from Rome Version and not available for Fresh installations.
If you have installed Virtual agent plugin on Quebe or prior versions then you can find these Menu and Modules after upgrading to Rome.
If you are installing it on Rome or Later then this Chat Setup and Collaboration menu's are not available and all modules related with Virtual Agent are placed under 'Conversational Interface' Menu. To setup your virtual agent you need to follow 'Conversational Interface Guided setup'.

Over the past few releases the application module structure has changed and been renamed twice.
Since Rome it's "Conversational Interfaces".

Also note, that with San Diego the structure changed again.
When choosing "Settings" (with contains amongst others the branding), a new page will be opened.
