Virtual Agent - Collaboration - Chat Setup not available on left nav

Hello,
We are setting up Virtual Agent and I am not sure if I'm missing something.
I've activated the following Plugins:
- Glide Virtual Agent
- ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations
- Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations
I am watching some training videos on this, and on the left Nav it seems like I'm missing some items.. for example, I don't have a module called "Collaboration" which includes "Chat Setup" and "Branding Setup". Am I missing something? I also seem to be missing "General Settings" under the Virtual Agent module. I've added screen shot. Any tips are appreciated

Thanks Mark, I see that now..so under the Branding, I clicked Create new and entered the custom information I wanted for the branding.
I called it ally_bot.
Then i went to Service Portal Agent Configuration and added it there -
I am not sure if I am missing something, it's not updating any of the branding.

It does look oke.
Have you double checked that only Agent Chat configuration is applied? And not accidently also the legacy Service Portal widget is included in pages (this was done for a few releases out-of-the-box already) or embedded to a header and footer, and which might even be shown on top of your Agent Chat configuration?

That's the point. Even though I am doing San Diego version of the training, it seems some information are outdated anyway... Thx for that post.
