Virtual Agent - Collaboration - Chat Setup not available on left nav

Hello,

We are setting up Virtual Agent and I am not sure if I'm missing something. 

I've activated the following Plugins: 

- Glide Virtual Agent

- ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations

- Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations

 

I am watching some training videos on this, and on the left Nav it seems like I'm missing some items.. for example, I don't have a module called "Collaboration" which includes "Chat Setup" and "Branding Setup". Am I missing something?  I also seem to be missing "General Settings" under the Virtual Agent module.  I've added  screen shot.  Any tips are appreciated
