Hello VA Experts,
I need guidance on "Using user search metrics with Virtual Agent"
I have some questions related to above topic:
Q1- How to export data from below cards in excel format? Que is specific to User search metrics tab.
Q2 - What are users asking? From where to export that data so that we can analyze which conversation can be started as new conversation?
Q3 - How many times VA has helped users to deflect from calling us or creating tickets?
