Hi all, wondering if anyone else has figured this out. I can't for the life of me change the color and icon of a few elements in the virtual agent chat window. The elements I'm talking about are highlighted in yellow in the attached graphic. Much obliged if anyone can shed some light on this for me.

I was curious and have good news for you!
The Send icon can be easily changed:
In the same place as share previously, just switch the tab to Icons and you can select/import.

Hi @David Pichard,
- to change the logo (or branding in general)
- super easy,
- to translate "Show me everything"
- doable (each translation is in a bit different location of ServiceNow) but requires some investigation
- the airplane icon
- I don't think it could be changed.
Go to CI Admin Experience - select branding (can be more themes):
- https://yourintsnace.service-now.com/now/conversation/settings/list/sys_cs_branding_setup
- https://yourintsnace.service-now.com/now/conversation/settings/branding-settings/5d0eedb01b6d30508d16ca64604bcb02/params/ace-nav/general
And you can unleash the heaven:
For the "show me everything part" - in the same place, there is system messages, but this very one is not there:
But it seems to be a system property com.glide.cs.topic_picker_button_label:
If you will be modifying be careful when it comes to translations, as there might be OOTB translations to this key and if you change it, might be different meaning/wording...

You can follow the ServiceNow docs which has clear instructions how to brand our bot.
Navigation:

3) Then open the default branding.
