Hi all, wondering if anyone else has figured this out. I can't for the life of me change the color and icon of a few elements in the virtual agent chat window. The elements I'm talking about are highlighted in yellow in the attached graphic. Much obliged if anyone can shed some light on this for me.

The Send icon can be easily changed:
In the same place as share previously, just switch the tab to Icons and you can select/import.
Hi all, thank you all for chiming in. So I am familiar with changing the default branding settings and you can change most things there but you can't change the color of send icon or the color of the "Show Me everything Text" or the VA icon itself, at least that I have seen. In using chrome dev tools to find the CSS selectors for the send icon and the Show Me text, I still can't overide that and change the color of these items. Changing the VA icon will be a bonus. So just to re-empasize, I'm just talking about changing the color of these elements, not changing the translation of the show me text or changing the actual send icon to something else, just the color of these. Bonus if I can actually use a different avatar for the VA itself that you see in the chat window.

Regarding the font size, you have three options (as seen in the screenshot below):
- Regular
- Medium
- Large
These can be only used for either body header or body text, impossible to apply font size just for one sentence to be bigger than any other.
And for the send icon, you can use your custom one, I just tried with an unicorn and that worked, so you can add there any icon of your preferences...
All of this and much more can be done in the Branding part of the Conversational Interface > Settings > Branding or [sys_cs_branding_setup] table
As the "Show me everything" cannot be bigger, you can make different colours and bubble background colours for agents and end users and system messages, ... literally anything.
You mentioned CSS but there is absolutely no need to touch it and also not recommended. As you can see this can be achieved by a no-code method which is always the preferred way.
ServiceNow's philosophy is "you touched it you own it" so I wouldn't recommend to modify any CSS unless absolutely necessary, it will result as conflict during upgrades.
I believe this will give you full control over your chatbot’s branding.
