Hello Team,
In one of my Instance I am unable to see the "NLU Intent" tab in the Virtual Agent Designer. Can you please help me on this. I want it visible to do some configurations.

In my PDI it is available:

Hi @krishnagopal_sn ,

is NLU enabled in your instance?

After that is enabled, if you're using an OOB model from ITSM/HR/CSM, ensure that those NLU models have been trained and published. Your NLU intents should be accessible to bind to the topic after that.

NLU is enabled in both the instances. So I need to train and publish the the OOB model only then NLU Intends tab will be visible?

But in PDI I did not train any model and still I can see the "NLU Intent", Complete OOB after plugin installations.

Hi @krishnagopal_sn ,

Yes, you have train the model and Publish.

Could you please check whether NLU is enabled ? as shown below 

Conversational Interface - > Setting -> Virtual agent -> configure NLU

if enabled try Training your model and publishing it
