Virtual agent for the Pilot Group

Hi All,
We recently configured nowAssist with VA and need to make sure it is set to be available to a pilot group only at this time. I saw a configuration on the agent chat (Now Assist in VA Chat Config) where we can add a role, however that looks like for the live agent?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You control it through configuration on the agent chat/va setup itself by restricting which users/roles see the widget or chat......so instead of relying on the default behavior that shows virtual agent to all portal users you should configure the agent chat record (sp_agent_chat_config) to include only specific roles that your pilot group has or use portal widget customisation with user criteria so only pilot users see/launch VA......
