I am new to VA and have 2 very simple topics that do work just fine if the first thing you do is click the button to show all the options you have available to you.
Both topics have "laptop" as a keyword. When I enter this keyword into chat, VA makes it look like the bot is typing with the 3 circles but nothing happens. It will sit like this until I refresh. However, when I manually select which topic to start they both work flawlessly.
Before I added my 2nd topic as a test to see how it would handle multiple topics with the same keyword, it was correctly loading my initial topic.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
