Hello All,
I am trying to open a knowledge Article in a popup window in Virtual Agent.
I have configured a Topic and used Context search topic block.
It opens the link in a new window and not a popup.
Please let me know if i need to check any property or a modification in URL Navigation in chat settings to achieve this.
