Virtual Agent - Keywords

Hi all,

I am trying to find how to add/find where the keywords are stored that Virtual Agent recognizes.  For example, if you open virtual agent and type in "Hi", it kicks off a topic.  I think "bye" will end/exit the conversation. 

 

It seems like I came across mappings one day that showed which topic would kick off according to what word was entered but I can't find it now.
