Virtual Agent Lite will give you modify the existing topics?

When it comes to VA lite, there is no possibility to create new topics, but there is an option to duplicate and publish it. But is it possible to modify actions after duplicate them? If not possible to modify the actions then what is the use of duplicating topic?

Hi @Mihir YSSS ,

 

You can use Agent Chat with VA lite, but you are not able to modify VA topics in Designer.
