Virtual Agent on PDI Acting Weird and giving error

Hi All,

 

I really need your help as i am stuck for scenario here and i think i am doing everything right maybe if the instance is broken or maybe i am missing something.

I have built the below flow (ideally it should run on "AI Search" BUT on my instance Neither the NLU or AI Search is enabled)

 

The flow is below i am getting input from user and passing that search as query in contextual search. But it still does not work. please help

I have also out sys_id of the search context which is out of the box called "Knowledge and IPC"

When i do test the error message is

On my PDI NLU is not working. could that be cause? but i am using contextual search and nothing to do with NLYU correct?

Additionally, AI search is not available on PDI.

If you want to test these features, it’s better to take the VA course on Now Learning, where you’ll get access to all of this, including possible full NLU features.
