Virtual agent order topics

Hi,

 

How do I change the Order of topics displayed when user clicks on "See All Topics" button is clicked in the VA window?

Hi,

If the topics are coming from the static choice list, then go to Virtual Agent -> Designer. Click on the topic in which you want to change the values. In that, click on the choice list and then you will see the options defined there. You have to manually change them there.

If the list is coming dynamically through the record, then follow the same steps. in the script, which is returning the records, you can change the sorting as per your requirement.

I have to order the list of topics which I have created in some order when I click on "View all topics"

Hi there,

At this moment there is no possibility to manually change the order of the Topics thru, for example, an "order" or "sequence" field. I logged a Hi ticket for this before. Outcome: this is a product defect.
