I do have couple of query related to Virtual Agent where I need your help about:
1. When we search for the exact text using VA, bot ask for a confirmation stating for example below:
"We have XYZ as get Directory Groups, is this correct?"
This by default has 2 options either as Yes or No, but what ever User selects bot does the same flow. How can we hide this message or define a logic for when User selects No?
2. We have integrated VA with Microsoft Teams, we are facing an issue with "Dynamic Choice Options" User type where this action is not able to display all records in Teams. In VA within ServiceNow this works, there is no script nothing we are using , it's a record based condition where total count of records which needs to be displayed is close 18K.
Within Microsoft teams, More option button is shown but that does not works.
