Hi All,

Could you please assist me with the following?

Within the Service Operation workspace, I’ve added a field called “Operational Site” on the Incident form. Upon selecting the operational site, a modal window should open. I’ve tried my best and searched extensively but couldn’t find any useful information.

Could you guide me on how to achieve this?
