Virtual Agent redirect to other topic

Hi All,

I'm wondering If if would be possible to redirect within the Virtual Agent, to another topic? This to make topics not to big, more scalable, perhaps reusable, etc..

I did try to use a Script Action with amongst others:

action.setRedirectURL('...');

Though, no luck.

I would like to redirect the topic to for example:
https://instance.service-now.com/$sn-va-web-client-app.do?sysparm_topic=TOPIC_SYS_ID
(this piece does work if you want to open a topic directly)

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Good to know that it's on the roadmap already and hopefully (cross our fingers) it will pop up in New York. but since it isn't official, you never know until you see the release notes 😉
