Hi, I have an issue in Now Learning with the Virtual Agent Simulator task "Create NLU Intents" as I tried creating the NLU intents, but I keep receiving the error message in my Now Learning Instance:
"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support."
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Thank you

Ok, so I filed a case, and I was sent an article for this Issue, and this works:
Resolution
Repair System Properties, Repair Machine Learning Settings, Sync Vocabulary Sources and Create an NLU Model
- Login to your lab instance.
- Change your application scope to 'Global'
- go to Lab Management > Repair System Properties
- go to Lab Management > Repair Machine Learning Settings > Click Reset Machine Learning Settings and wait for the 'Machine Learning has been reset' message.
- Navigate to NLU Workbench > Vocabulary Sources. Result: The Vocabulary sources window shows all available Source tables and the Current status for each. By default, all source tables are not synced.
- For each row in the list, hover over the column to right the Refresh column, and click the Sync icon. This will initiate the Sync process for the source table in that row. In this example, the sync process for the Catalog Item table will begin
- You can now change your application scope back to the scope you was working in before and try to add intents or train the NLU model

Finalizing for point 4 does take a while, I refreshed the instance after half an hour of waiting and it completed. I would also suggest to keep the vocabulary sources in English only for point 5 cause it will a really long time to synch if you don't.
