The Virtual agent teams Show me everything button isn't showing list of topics. it's doing a search instead. this is only happening in microsoft teams version. we have a portal and the Show me everything button is showing a list of topics like its supposed to. How do we get it to show the list of topics again?

Did you add the prompted topics? Is it normal for VA to with Now Assist? I spent the whole day on this for my client on this issue ad finally it resolved.

prompted topics are added. this has been working for some time and just started behaving differently than our portal. so when you say did we add the prompted topics. we do see them in the portal. did something update in washington where we need to add them in teams somewhere?

Try to repair the plugins.

In our case no topic was appearing and we are using Now Assist conversational Exp.

Have you checked the output actions flows for picker?
