Virtual agent teams. Show me everything button isn't showing list of topics.

The Virtual agent teams Show me everything button isn't showing list of topics. it's doing a search instead. this is only happening in microsoft teams version. we have a portal and the Show me everything button is showing a list of topics like its supposed to. How do we get it to show the list of topics again?

In ms teams it is giving a different result than in portal servicenow. the output for teams is a global search. in the portal the output is the topic picker. we are looking to match teams with the portal. this was working when we released it and recently changes somehow.

Hi Darrel - Have you find any solution to this. We also have the same issue on teams but it works fine on Portal

Hi @darrell3 

We faced a similar issue and it got resolved by upgrading 'Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams' plugin to it's latest version (v9.2.0)
