Virtual agent topic creation

Hello All,

I have a request to create a virtual agent topic that shold search for user provided text in KB articles and return the list of matching KB's. could anyone suggest me how should I approach for this request?

Hi @Utkarsha  ,

There is oob topic provided by ServiceNow with name "Search Knowledge Base (Template)"  you can use that as per your requirement by duplicate it.
