Virtual agent topic creation

Hello All,

I have a request to create a virtual agent topic that shold search for user provided text in KB articles and return the list of matching KB's. could anyone suggest me how should I approach for this request?

I have installed this store application....still not able to locate search knowledge base topic 

is it something which was available in older version ....my instance is running on Vancouver version'

Try to install below plugins

After plugins installation also if it will not work .Try to create custom one.
