Virtual Agent with Teams Integration - Only "Live Support" showing

Hi community,

 

I'm currently working on an Office 365 Integration. The problem I'm facing is that only one option shows when talking to the Virtual Agent on Teams. I can only choose "Live Agent Support" instead of having the choice with other options as filling a catalog item or something else. I already search on Google and on the Community Forum, but I haven't find a solution yet. Has anyone an idea and how to fix this ?

Hi @arnoldha,

Live Agent Support Is the oob topic of virtual agent that will show in teams bot if you required other options you can create your own topic in virtual agent and publish so it will available in teams app.

Thanks @Anand Kumar P , I think I got confused with all the demo videos from ServiceNow showing a lot of topics as they were OOTB or directly setup when installing the Virtual Agent (Or the spokes) which is apparently not the case. I created a topic that I linked to an OOTB topic bloc and hopefully it made the job...
