Hi All , here's one scenario - User types something in VA chat (like order laptop) , a catalog request link is presented by VA.User clicks it and submits the request. I wanted to know here whether this requested item's number , description will be visible in the conversation log or not.If no , how can we achieve this?

As per my understanding, you have provided the catalog item link to raise the request which opens in a separate page. 

 

Does the topic created in virtual designer ends after providing the link? If so, it wouldn't have the details. 

 

You can configure it as custom topic where it holds all the questions (i.e.,) variables of the form of the catalog item and then create the RITM and display those details as card.  

 

Generally it is adapted for "Creating an incident" and for catalog items we considered it as "Top 5 Catalog Items" as separate topics.
