Hi ,
I want the name as internal notes and external notes instead of work notes and comment . This issue is only taking place in SOW and working fine in CWS .. This is in my ritm and sc_task ... I am specifying this because these fields are taken from the task field . I have tried the KB0862521 - sys_ui_message one and found nothing as per the suggestions . Kindly please provide any solutions .
