Hi all,
I am trying to build a virtual agent topic which will trigger from utterance/as promoted topics. when this topic is triggered, topic only has to redirect user to a page instead of displaying an hyperlink and asking user to click on hyperlink.
I've tried script action gs.setredirectURL() option, this didn't work.
Is there any way to redirect from virtual agent without asking user to click on hyperlink?
