Virtual Task Borad Configuration

How can we achieve the below functionality:

When VTB owner adds or removes team members/ changes additional configuration, the change should reflect on each team members VTB

This should be an OOTB solution as it is the same VTB that all looks into. What is it that doesn't reflect to others? Is it the same VTB they look into? Same URL?

Use Case: Recently we had created a visual task board for the one team. The goal was the entire team will use this one single VTB board for tracking all task types (incidents, stories etc). While the owner of the VTB board can create and add team members to the VTB, settings like columns, do not reflect for everyone. This meant that everyone within the team had to individually unselect the columns to configure to what the team wanted to visualize.

It would be great if we could have the Advanced settings like Lane configuration applied to the entire team by the owner of the VTB board or the Scrum Master associated with the Assignment group.
