We have been using Visual Task boards recently. The Owner asked me if there was a way so Members can update the board example Card Name, Lane Name or Add Descriptions cause right now only the owner can? Any ideas? TIA
According to the documentation they should be able to do it?
After the board is created, board members can:- Add and modify lanes
- Create and modify task cards
- Add and remove members
- Configure the look and feel

Hi
How to change the owner of a Visual Task Board through the ACL vtb_board.owner, which specifically allows the “nobody” role to alter a Visual Task Board’s owner field.
- Type “ACL” in the navigator and select “Access Control (ACL)“
- Search for “vtb_board.owner” and open the record
- Remove the role “nobody”. Note: Can just leave this
- Add the “x” role(which all owners have in common). We do not recommend any other user to have access to vtb_board table through the list view. Note: Can just remove the “x” role after the VTB Board owner change is done to set it back to default.
- Save
- In the filter navigator, type vtb_board.list in the navigator and search for the board that needs the owner change.
- Select that VTB board, change the owner, and Save.
