It often happens that the VTB doesn't show any task, changes or incidents anymore on the Visual Task Board for certain people. It just disappears for some people but not for everyone. After creating a new one the problem can still exists but then for someone else.
Does somebody know why the VTB sometimes crashes and do you have a solution for this? because I do not want to create a new VTB every month.
