Hi,
When the category Field is set to or changes to “Hardware”, the entire incident form should be highlighted with a red border (as shown in the screenshot) to clearly indicate warning.
When any other option is selected in the same category field, the red border should be removed, and the form should return to its normal appearance.
Can anyone please help on this, it will be helpful.
