Voice and Amazon Connect Integration and Workspace behavior issue

We are integrating Voice and Amazon Connect and in the internal UI we get the pop of the interaction when the call comes in, but on the workspace inbox it seems to be attempting to open a chat record rather than the interaction record. Is anyone using this integration and getting the pop up of the interaction in their workspace? 

Trying to figure out if this is something that isn't possible in the workspace.
