Vulnerability Manager Workspace

Hi, I am trying to access Vulnerability Manager Workspace in my PDI and here's the link : Unified Vulnerability Response Dashboard

 

Is this something free that I can install via activating plugins? Or this can be only activated by purchasing from ServiceNow STORE.

I did a bit of research and went through the product documentation in detail. Both paid plugins and vulnerability related roles need to be anbled for a user, only then one can view Unified Vulnerability Response Dashboard dashboard/demo data in PDI.
