When a Discovered Item is created that does not find a match to a CI that currently exists, it creates a new CI with Class = Unclassed Hardware". Our issue is that if the CI name contains a certain string, we want to immediately set the class to a specific class, and not the Unmatched Hardware class. Please could someone advise how to accomplish this. Thanks in advance!
