wait for condition until catalog task variable is updated in the catalog task

Hello all,

How to use wait for condition until catalog task variable is updated.

I have one variables on catalog task when it is marked as yes it should trigger 2nd approval.(it is  achoice field).

How can I achieve this? tried using Do until flow action but is not working as expected.

this link has approach from Anil lande on how your flow can wait till that variable is updated and once updated/filled, you can break the loop and proceed

How can w use wait for condition in flow designer for variable? 

OR Another Approach

Also an easier solution is shared there in the same above link, below is the image, it will wait till that Variable is empty, once not empty it will proceed
