Walk up experience new option in the choice field in Service Portal

Hi All, 

I have requirement to Add a new choice option under a field ' What is your reason  for visiting? '  in Walk up experience. 

I have tried adding a new choice under this field called XYZ in the OOB variable set , however its not showing it in the choice field. 

Any suggestions or worked on similar issue earlier.

In Location wu_location_queue.LIST under the specific location  there is option in the related list ' Reasons of Visit' there when i have added the new choice option and in wu_reason_list i have added a new reason and  it worked.
